Holiday house in a calm area in Aigues Mortes, Camargue, near the seaside

This holiday house is situated near the mediaeval city of Aigues Mortes, one of the most important sites of interest in the Camargue.
Surrounded with vineyards, you do not have any direct neighbours, and the house provides the tranquillity of a peaceful rural setting. However, the sea and the beach of Le Grau du Roi are only a 10-minute-drive away, whereas Arles is about 45 driving minutes away.

A cosy, well-furnished holiday house

On the ground floor, you find a well-equipped sit-in kitchen (oven, hotplates, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, dish washer, washing machine, dining table). It opens onto a terrace with a pergola and a built-in BBQ, where a table and chairs are available. Next to the kitchen is situated the spacious living room with a view of the garden. The living room gives access to the terrace, too (3 French doors), and a cosy lounge, an open fireplace, a dining table, a piano, a TV set with international channels and a stereo are available here. Further on, the ground floor offers two bedrooms, a bathroom (bathtub) and a separate WC. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140 cm), The other one has two single beds (90 cm).
On the upper floor, one more bedroom (double bed 140 cm and a single bed 90 cm), a shower, a little lounge for reading and a separate WC are available.

Practical advices

4 cars can be parked in front of the house, and there is space for one car in the garage. A supermarket as well as other shopping facilities are a 5-minute-drive away.
