This neat and tidy holiday house is situated in the countryside near the city of Beaucaire.

Avignon, Arles, Saint Rémy-de-Provence, Les Baux-de-Provence and the Roman "Pont du Gard" are only a 20 minute-drive away. The Cevennes are about 30 km away and the seaside (Camargue) about 45 km.

A neat and quiet holiday property with pool, in the nature.

The traditional villa has been built in 1999 and is situated on an entirely closed property with a large swimming pool (9,5 m by 4,5 m, depth 1,5 m), which you can illuminate at night. The furnishing and the equipment are in mint condition, complete and comfortable. The villa has air condition and internet access is available. Furthermore, some details make this holiday rental special: a fruit orchard planted with a great range of fruit trees like almond trees, fig trees, cherry trees and apricot trees is at your disposal, and there is a pool table in the living room. Moreover, the bedroom on the first floor has its private, secluded terrace.

In front of the villa is situated the convenient drive-up, which is closed with an electric gate. Four parking spaces are available here. Behind the house you find the South facing neat garden with palm trees, the lovely pool surrounded with deck chairs, the poolhouse (shower + WC) and a terrace (garden furniture). A second terrace facing West is situated next to the kitchen. It is very suitable for having lunch or dinner outdoors (dining table). A third terrace belongs to a bedroom and is situated upstairs.  

Here is the layout of the house:
At the right side of the entrance, you find the well-equipped kichen and a utility room (electric oven, microwave, freezer, dish washer, glass-ceramic hotplates, coffee maker, washing machine, dryer…). The large living room (dining table) with a cosy lounge (fire place, video, stereo, internet access) and a pool table is also situated on the ground floor. Off the living room, a hallway gives access to two bedrooms (closets) and a bathroom (shower + bath tub). One bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The other one has two large single beds (120 cm). The latter may sleep four young children, if these share the two beds. Two separate WC are available.     
On the first floor, another bedroom (double bed) with a private terrace is at your disposal, as well as a bathroom (shower + WC).

Practical advices:

There is a cleaning lady coming on Fridays in order to make sure that visitors will keep enjoying the irreproachable cleanliness of the villa and the garden in the future as well. The garden is on different levels, which makes it inappropriate for small children. The house has floor heating and double-glazed windows. First shopping facilities are about 1200 m away. Well-educated animals may be accommodated on request.

Leisure activities:

Three bicycles, one parking space in the garage and a BBQ are available. There is a slide and a swing.
The villa is an ideal place for those who want to relax in the countryside but still be near the numerous sights of interest of the Provence.
