This lovely holiday rental is situated about 20 km from Cannes in the village of Tanneron. It has been renovated in 2009. Grasse is about 15 km away and Nice about 47.


The Tanneron massif and the Esterel massif are the second largest timbered mountain ranges of the French Riviera. This protected area offers gorgeous views on lovely surroundings: mountains in the North, the coast in the South, cities and villages like Mougins and Grasse…

Your tastefully decorated house itself offers a great view of the Tanneron massif’s hills.

It offers a roofed terrace (25 m2), where you can have your meals, as well as a swimming pool (6,5 m x 3 m) with a comfortable wooden terrace, which is equipped with deck chairs.
The house has two levels, but only the ground floor is for rent. The first floor will not be occupied during your stay.
You first enter the dining room and the open kitchen. The living room is situated at your left. The kitchen, the dining room and the living room all open onto the roofed terrace and the swimming pool. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with an electric kitchen stove, a microwave, ceramic stovetops, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dish washer, a coffee maker etc.

The two bedrooms, the separate WC and the bathroom are situated in front of the living room. Both bedrooms (double beds 140 cm and 160 cm) give access to a small terrace with a view. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub.

Practical advice

A washing machine, a BBQ (gas), a TV set (satellite channels) and wireless internet access are available as well as a cot on request. You can park your car on the property. First shopping facilities and a supermarket are 4 km away. Well-educated animals may be accommodated on request.

Leisure activities

The first beaches are situated about 15 km away in Théoule-sur-Mer and La Napoule. Cannes is about 20 km away.
What is more, your holiday rental is ideally situated for playing golf, hiking or cycling. Both, the Esterel and the Tanneron massif offer numerous hiking trails.
