Take a seat under the 100-year old olive tree and enjoy the shaded terrace and the view on the village of Le-Bar-sur-Loup. In front of you is the beautiful round swimming pool (diameter 10 m). When you turn around you discover the house beneath a bosk of olive trees.

The layout of the house is as follows:

You first discover the well-equipped kitchen that has been decorated in the Provençal stile (electric kitchen stove, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, dish washer, washing machine). Further right is the spacious, light-filled living room (fireplace, TV). At left a short hallway gives access to the bathroom and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (140 cm). The other one has 2 single beds (90 cm).
In addition to the main house there is a second small house providing 2 single beds (90 cm), a bathroom and a WC.

Practical advices

You can park up to 4 cars on the property. A BBQ is at your disposal.
