The comfortable, spacious house is nestled on the hill of Grasse, the world’s capital of perfumery. It has a lovely, fenced garden and is situated in one of the most beautiful residential areas of the city (parks).

The layout of the house is as follows:
You enter the house via a hall. At your left is the well-equipped kitchen (electric kitchen stove, gas burners, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator/ freezer, dish washer, washing machine, dryer), which gives access to the terrace. A small hallway leads you to a bathroom (bath tub + WC), a separate WC and 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds (90 cm). One bedroom gives access to the terrace. The 4th bedroom with a private bathroom (shower) is located at the right side of the hall. The furnishing is simple and tasteful. A spacious, beautiful living room (TV) is the charming centre of the house.
