A spacious, looked after villa for 8 guests with a view of Saint Tropez and the Gulf of Sainte Maxime.
A large terrace made of tropical wood where you will enjoy passing time in the shade of the pines, a lovely swimming pool (8 by 4 m, depth 1,10 to 2,20 m), a fenced Mediterranean garden, nearby beaches (2,5 km), a bar on the terrace – in short: A true treasure at the French Riviera.
The villa has 3 floors:
On the main floor you find a reception, the living room, the dining room, the kitchen (electric kitchen stove, gas burners, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dish washer, coffee maker, large refrigerator with ice-cube maker), a cosy reading area (TV, stereo, video, fireplace) and one bedroom (double bed 160 by 200 cm).
These rooms all open onto the large terrace, which offers a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea.
Further more, a bathroom (shower), a separate WC and a storage room are available.
On the ground floor you find two more bedrooms, a bathroom (bath tub + WC. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 cm) and opens onto a terrace and the garden. The other one also has a double bed (160 cm).
A fourth bedroom (double bed 160 cm), and a bathroom (shower) are located on the upper floor.
Practical advices
A BBQ is available. The property is entirely fenced and 2 covered parking spaces are available.
The house has electric heating. The windows are double-glazed.
Domestic animals are not permitted.
First shopping facilities 1,2 km.
The minimum duration of stay is always two weeks.
