In Grasse, you find two well-known perfume-producers, charming shops and from 2008 on the new Museum of Perfume. You can also easily visit the hinterland and take day trips to the nearby

The small house is situated some kilometres away from the city centre in the residential area called Saint Jacques. It lies at the end of a small lane, which is surrounded by a protected environment. Your landlords will be pleased to welcome you as friends.
The luxuriant garden with its century year old olive-trees makes this house the ideal place for recreative holidays. It offers you your own shady terrace equipped with chairs and deckchairs as well as a
BBQ
.

(9 m by 5 m, depth 0,80 m to 2 m) is exclusively at your disposal.
Your landlords have arranged two buildings, which are separated by a hall. Right hand side is situated their house. Its foundation walls originate in the 19th century. You will rarely meet your landlords and have all the privacy you need in your own house.
Left of the hall is situated your little Mas with its separate entrance.
The layout of your Mas is as follows:
The house has a living/dining room (TV, stereo, DVD-player, bed-sofa), an open, well-equipped kitchen (electric kitchen stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee-maker, washing machine), a bedroom (double bed 140 cm) and a bathroom (shower + WC). All the windows open onto the garden. The decoration of the house offers a lot of charm and authenticity.
And if you need one more bedroom, please, just tell us.
There is also the possibility of renting a second bedroom with shower and WC and thus, being altogether 4 guests. This bedroom has an independent entree in front of the house. Count additionally 50% of the rent indicated below.
Practical advices
A roofed car park for one car is at your disposal. Towels and bath towels are provided (service included in the rent). Well-educated
animals are welcome
. The landlords have themselves a dog and a cat. First shopping facilities as well as a supermarket are situated 800 m from the house so that you can do your shopping without using your car.
