A splendid holiday property with heated pool, not far from Grasse and the beaches of the Côte d'Azur
1789 was not only the year of the French revolution! It also is the year of construction of this house, which has been renovated carefully and with taste ever since. The villa is situated on a large leafy property and has three floors. It offers a beautiful swimming pool (9 m by 3,5 m, depth: 1 m to 1,7 m heated from begin of May until end of September with a heat pump) and three terraces with a wonderful view on the hills of Grasse.
The city of Grasse with its shops, bars and restaurants is in walking distance (about 15 minutes)
and with the

A house arranged with with much love and flair
The ground floor displays the living room with its large open fireplace, the spacious and very well equipped kitchen (gas burners, electric kitchen stove, microwave, dish washer, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine…), a separate WC and a long corridor (furnished with bookshelves) that leads onto the first floor.
The living room opens on a shady terrace, where you will enjoy taking your meals.
The kitchen opens on a lovely veranda, which gives access to a small terrace roofed with a wisteria. This terrace offers a view of the garden with its various cactuses.
On the first floor, two bedrooms are available. The first one is furnished with two joined single beds (90 cm by 200 cm) and has an en-suite bathroom (shower). The second one also has two joined single beds (90 cm by 200 cm, electric operating device) and a private bathroom (bath tub + WC).
Further on, the first floor offers two more beds (1 double bed 140 cm, 2 single beds 90 cm). Since these beds are not located in a separate room they might rather be suitable for children.
A bathroom (bath tub + WC) and a spare room for your suitcases are also available on this level.
The basement displays a separate apartment with an open kitchen (hotplates, microwave, refrigerator), a bathroom (shower + WC), a double bed (140 cm) and a small bedroom (double bed 140 cm). This apartment has its own terrace with a view of the surrounding hills.
Practical advices:
A washing machine, a TV, a built-in BBQ and a fourth, leafy terrace ideally situated for a siesta in the shade are also at your disposal. Your very discrete landlord lives on the property and will be pleased to help you in the case of a problem. Domestic animals are not accepted.
