This spacious, cosy house is located at the bank of one of the most beautiful lakes of the French Riviera: the lake of Saint Caspien.

It has a lovely swimming pool (10 m by 5 m, depth 0,8 by 2,2 m) and a typically Mediterranean garden. The Esterel Mountains and the beaches of Cannes (15 km) are nearby.

The swimming pool is surrounded by a large terrace (100 m2), which offers a lovely view on the Esterel Mountains. The terrace is partially shaded (pergola) and equipped with deckchairs.

The layout of the house is as follows:
On the ground floor you find the living room (TV, DVD, stereo), the dining room, the well equipped kitchen (electric kitchen stove, gas burners, microwave, refrigerator/ freezer, dish washer, washing machine, coffee maker), 2 bedrooms (each one furnished with a double bed 160 cm + 2 single beds 90 cm), a bathroom (bath tub), a second bathroom (shower) and a separate WC. Both bedrooms open onto a terrace, which surrounds the house.
On the first floor you find a mezzanine and a 3rd bedroom furnished with a double bed 140 cm.

Practical advices

An electric BBQ is available. Parking spaces for two cars are available in front of the house (one parking space is covered). The house has central floor heating. The landlord lives next door. The swimming pool is available for you exclusively.
Shopping facilities 400 m, first supermarket 12 km. Well-educated domestic animals may be accommodated on request.
