The layout is as follows:
You enter the very well equipped living/ dining room via a first large terrace. At right you find the open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator/ freezer, an oven, a microwave, hotplates, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. The living room is furnished with a lounge and two dining tables and has a TV set, a video unit and a stereo. It opens onto a second large terrace where you find a table, chairs and a BBQ.
A hallway gives access to the five bedrooms with their en-suite bathrooms (shower and WC) as well as to a utility room (washing machine, iron, ironing board). Two bedrooms open onto the second terrace (French doors) whereas two other open onto a shared balcony.
Right above the second terrace is the swimming pool (deckchairs), which might be used by your landlord from time to time as well. A small path leads you to the area equipped for a game of boules or badminton. This area is also furnished with a swing, tables and chairs. The small oak trees provide shade and give the property a very Mediterranean caracter.

There is parking space on the property (automated gate).
