This house is located in the charming little city of Lambesc only 20 km from Aix-en-Provence and is an ideal place for day trips to the Luberon, the Alpilles and to Avignon.
It has a garden with a
private swimming pool
, a small terrace next to the doorway and a balcony that opens onto the garden as well.
The layout of the house is as follows:
You enter the house via the fully equipped kitchen furnished with a small dining table and a sofa. A stairway gives access to the first floor where you find a bathroom (shower), a separate WC, and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms open onto the shared balcony. One bedroom has a double bed (140 cm). The second bedroom has a pullout bed (2 mattresses 90 cm situated on different levels).
Practical advices
A garage for two cars is at your disposal. All amenities and shopping facilities such like coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries and groceries are within walking distance. Your landlord’s holiday house is situated on the opposite side of the garden. She is never at this home during your stay and does not use the swimming pool so that the house offers a lot of privacy.
The minimum duration of stay is two weeks during the high season.
