Nestled in a beautiful landscape of forests and mountains, this likeable Provençal house with its enclosed garden offers privacy and calm.
It is situated in a
calm
residential area 20 minutes drive from the picturesque
Aix-en-Provence
and 30 minutes drive from the
Mediterranean See
. It provides a
private, secured pool
surrounded by the two wings of the house and their terraces (garden furniture).
The layout is as follows:
Two tastefully furnished bedrooms as well as a bathroom (shower) and a WC are available in the left wing of the house. The two bedrooms open onto the covered terrace and the swimming pool (French doors).
The right wing represents the main part of the house. You enter it via a hallway that gives access to the living room (lounge, TV, video, open fireplace) and its light flooded, furnished winter garden. The adjacent eat-in kitchen is furnished with an electric kitchen stove, a microwave, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher and a coffee maker. It has a kitchen bar as well as a dining table and opens on one side onto a terrace with a dining table and on the other side directly onto the garden. The ground floor also provides a separate WC and a small utility room (washing machine). A third bedroom (double bed) with an en-suite bathroom (bath tub) is situated on a mezzanine in the living room. It is nicely decorated in Moroccan style and has its own, very private terrace on the roof.
Practical advices
A small bed and a high chair are at your disposal. There are parking spaces on the property.
