This generous country house is situated amongst a hundred-year-old Mediterranean oak trees and provides space and privacy...

This generous country house is situated amongst a hundred-year-old Mediterranean oak trees and provides space and privacy.

It has a swimming pool (4,5 by 11 m, depth 0,8 to 2 m) surrounded by deckchairs and a pool house including a summer kitchen (sink, refrigerator, hotplate, microwave) with a dining table and a BBQ. There also is a shower and a WC.

The layout of the house is as follows:
On the ground floor you first discover the spacious living room furnished with a dining table, a lounge, a TV set, an open fireplace and a small desktop. There also is an open kitchen (dish washer, ceramic stove top, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, lounge) as well as a utility room (washing machine, gas burners, freezer), which gives access to the garage. Further more you find one bedroom (double bed 150 cm, TV) with an en-suite bathroom (2 washbasins, bath tub) and a separate toilet.

From the living room a stairway gives access to a hallway on the first floor. There are several built-in closets. The hallway gives access to for more bedrooms and a separate WC. Each one has its own en-suite bathroom (shower) and is equipped with a TV set. Three bedrooms have two single beds (90 cm) or one double bed (180 cm). One bedroom has a double bed (140 cm).

Outside, the terraces are south exposed, partially shaded and with a view on the swimming pool.

Practical advices

Additionally to free WLAN,a computer is also available in the house.
A ping-pong table and a swing are available for children. Baby bed and high chair are also available.
The house provides a BBQ and there are parking spaces on the property. A weekly cleaning service of 4 hours is included.
