This holiday rental was built in the 7th century and is situated about 1km from the Tuscan Cortona,

so that you can reach the city on foot: A nice walk awaits you offering a splendid view of the valley of Valdichiana and a part of the Trasimeno Lake.

The small house formerly was an orangery until it was converted into a holiday home. Part of a charming manor (627 COR and 226 COR are also part of it), it is situated on a hillside in a beautiful and calm environment. You reach the three holiday rentals via a private lane secured with an electric gate. Each of them is completely independent. A beautiful swimming pool (9m by 4m, depth 1,50m) as well as a shared car park are at your disposal.

Your house offers a functional kitchen, a spacious living area (satellite-TV), a bedroom (double bed 150cm) and a bathroom (shower + WC). The furnishing has been selected with care.

Practical advices

Well-educated domestic animals may be accommodated on request. First shopping facilities as well as the first supermarket are in Cortona, about 1 km away.
A shared laundry room with a washing machine is available.

Leisure activities

We recommend the walking and mountain biking possibilities on the various trails of the area. Moreover, between end of August and beginning of September, the „Cortonantiquaria“ takes place: Italy’s oldest antiquity-fair.
