It is an ideal place to stay for visiting the most beautiful villages and sights of Umbria.
As a part of an elegant manor from the 18th century, the neat holiday apartment is surrounded with forests and fields.

The rental offers a large shared pool (5 m by 14 m, depth 1,20 to 2,40 m), and though it is situated in the tower of the farm, it is well separated with a private garden (BBQ) and a magnificent view on the Tiber valley. A fruit and vegetable garden is at your disposal as well.
The apartment offers a spacious room with an open fireplace and a kitchenette (hotplate, refrigerator, coffee maker). In the sleeping area, a double bed (160 cm) as well as two single beds for children (80 cm) are available. Moreover, there is a bathroom (bathtub + WC).
The house has been decorated with care and an internet access is available as well as a TV set with international channels. A cot is available on request.

Practical advices:

Domestic animals may be accommodated on request. You can park your cars on the property.
Shopping facilities and a supermarket are about 500 m away.

Leisure activities:

Bicycles as well as a horse for experienced horsemen are available as well.
Children will enjoy the numerous animals of the farm: chicken, ducks, turkeys, pigs, sheep, horses and dogs.
Swimming, horse riding, hiking, cycling, sight seeing in historic cities.
