private swimming pool
(9,20 m by 6m, depth 1,20 m) are at your disposal. Your covered terrace offers a marvellous
panoramic view of Assisi and the hilly landscape.
With a surface of 120 m2 on 2 floors, the holiday house offers space for 4 guests.
The layout is as follows:
On the ground floor, you find 2 bedrooms (double beds 160 cm), 2 bathrooms (shower + WC) and a small living room equipped with satellite TV and a bed-sofa. The first floor features a cosy living/dining room with a fireplace and a well-equipped open kitchen (oven, refrigerator, gas burners, coffee machine). The rooms have large sliding windows and offer a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape and trees.
Practical advices
An internet-access as well as a shared washing machine are at your disposal. The house has central heating and has good heat insulation. The windows are double-glazed. First shopping facilities 7 km, first supermarket 9 km. Well-educated animals are welcome and are charged with an extra fee of 26 € per week. A lot of parking space is available on the property.
