This small holiday apartment is situated near Menton and Monaco, in the village Mortola Superiore, on the Italian Riviera...

This small holiday apartment is situated near Menton and Monaco, in the village Mortola Superiore, on the Italian Riviera.

The village of Mortola Superiore is nestled on a hillside (370 m) and offers some splendid views of the Riviera dei Fiori (riviera of flowers). The small village is part of the regional parc Portofina in Liguria and is less than 7 km away from Menton, 18 km from Monaco and a bit over 9 km from the city of Vintimille. It is easily accessible but still an oasis of peace, beautiful and quiet (The motorway is situated here in a tunnel). The first beaches are about 4 km away from Mortola Superiore. It is ideally situated if you want to enjoy both, the Italian and the French Riviera.

This holiday apartment sleeping 2 is situated on the first floor of a traditional, renovated house. It offers calmness and simple comfort and is perfectly suitable for nature lovers.  

The south-facing terrace and balcony offer a nice view of the Mediterranean Sea.
The apartment consists in a large room with a kitchenette and a living/sleeping area furnished with a bedsofa (140 cm by 190 cm).
The kitchen is equipped with two hotplates, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer, a coffee maker and a toaster.
Off the living room is situated a bathroom (shower + WC). A mezzanine furnished with a mattress (140 cm) is available as well. Since the ceiling is fairly low, this bed on a mezzanine is rather suitable for a child.

Practical advices:

An internet-access is available and the apartment is equipped with a wood-stove. There is a washing machine, which you share with the holiday rentals 267 MEN and 269 MEN.
You can park your car in front of the house or in the street, which leads to it.
On the ground floor of the house, another apartment sleeping 2 is for rent. Its reference number is 267 MEN.

Leisure activities:

The hinterland of Menton, the Mercantour regional parc and the Portofino regional parc are a true paradise for mountainbikers, rockclimbers and hikers.
For those who prefer the seaside: sailing, diving and windsurfing are possible activities with the numerous nautic clubs on the French Riviera or the Riviera dei Fiori.
The splendid Viévola golf course is situtated in the heart of the Roya valley (900 m above the sea).
