On the estate there is a hotel (57 rooms), 22 flats, a restaurant, a library, a festival hall, 2 swimming pools (in addition to your private pool), a large whirlpool plus a baby whirlpool, a cellar (estate wine and olive oil), a golf course, 2 tennis courts, a football pitch, a fishing pond, a vineyard, olive trees and many green areas. Your holiday villa is located 5 km south of the wonderful town of Assisi, in Santa Maria degli Angeli. From here you can easily reach many other cultural cities in Umbria, such as Perugia (20 km), Foligno (25 km), Gubbio and Todi (50 km), Orvieto and Montepulciano (80 km).

A large swimming pool (5 m x 12 m, depth 1.20 m, for all to use) with jacuzzi, sun loungers and parasols, an outdoor shower, a barbecue, a wood-burning stove, garden furniture and a beautiful garden around the villa await you. Vehicles can be parked in front of the house.

The holiday villa consists of two floors connected by an external staircase.

Ground floor
On the ground floor you will first find a spacious living room with fireplace, 4 sofas, 2 armchairs, dining table and satellite TV. To the right, there is the dining room and the perfectly equipped kitchen with dining table. The kitchen has direct access to the garden. On this level you will also find two bathrooms with double washbasins and 2 separate WCs each.

First Floor
You reach the upper floor via the outside staircase. Here you will find the five bedrooms, each with a double bed, satellite TV, small fridge, safe, shower room and WC. On the first floor there is also a second living room with fireplace, table, sofa and armchair and a reading room.

Well-behaved pets are welcome.

Good to know
You are allowed to participate in all the estate’s activities (tennis, volleyball, football, fishing pond, archery, golf); only the golf and the large jacuzzi are chargeable. Bicycles are also at your disposal (within the domain). A toaster, microwave, citrus press, iron and ironing board and baby cot are available on request and free of charge. The villa is fully air-conditioned. A weekly cleaning service (1 hour) is included in the rental price. First shopping facilities are approx. 500 m from the villa. First supermarket 2 km. Assisi train station 3 km, Perugia airport 10 km.
