Former village mill with pool – 904 ANS

It is situated in a very quiet, isolated location in the middle of fields and vineyards, 800 m from the charming village of Ansouis. Ansouis is a picturesque mountain village of the Luberon with beautiful alleys, arts and crafts and boutiques. It is only 20 km from the cultural city of Aix-en-Provence. Completely detached house with lots of comfort and tranquillity.

This spacious holiday home offers a great view of Ansouis, a large pool (10m x 5m, depth 1.60m), four terraces totalling 220 m2 and a wonderfully Mediterranean landscaped plot. A barbecue is available. You can park your vehicles on the property.

Ground floor
You enter the holiday home via the modern, fully equipped fitted kitchen. A very beautiful wood-burning stove is enthroned in the kitchen. On the ground floor there is also a shower room, a separate toilet and two bedrooms, each with two single beds and access to the terrace, garden and pool. One bedroom still has its own shower room with WC. Still on this level to the right of the kitchen is the spacious dining room with large round dining table for 10 guests. A wide wall of windows opens onto a terrace and the garden. A wood-burning stove also provides warmth and cosiness here.

First Floor
From the dining room or from the kitchen you can reach the first floor, where there are two more bedrooms and an open living room. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a bathroom with WC. The second accommodates two single beds plus two additional sleeping accommodations on a false ceiling (beware, the roof is quite low). It also has a shower room, a separate WC and access to the terrace, garden and pool. The living room is above the dining room and is equipped with a digital TV.

Well-behaved pets are welcome on request.

Good to know
The pool is heated in the mid-season (mid-May, June, September). In April, the pool can be put into operation for an extra 200€. In this case, we ask you to let us know at least 3 weeks before arrival. The house can be heated in the cold season with the wood stoves and electric radiators. Firewood is charged at 100 € per week. First shopping facilities and a first supermarket are 800 m from the house.
