This very cosy holiday home is situated in an absolutely quiet location on the edge of the mountain village of Saint Martin de Castillon. You can reach the picturesque village of Saint Martin de Castillon on foot and find a typical village bistrot (“bistrot de pays”), a small supermarket and a petanque court. There are also numerous hiking trails, in particular the GR 9 long-distance hiking trail, which crosses the village. A cycle path connects Saint Martin with the town of Apt, about 15 km away. Manosque and its beautiful lavender fields are 30 km away. All the charming and famous villages of the Luberon can be reached quickly from here.

A swimming pool ( 3 m x 6 m, depth 1.70 m, pool alarm) with sun loungers and parasols and a large garden with garden furniture, large dining table by the pool, barbecue (charcoal and gas) and beautiful views await you. Vehicles can be parked in front of the house.

Ground floor
On the ground floor you will first find the fully equipped open kitchen, the laundry room (washing machine and dryer), the dining area and the living room (fireplace, satellite TV). The living room has a large glass window and direct access to the garden. Furthermore, there is a first bedroom (double bed) with adjacent shower room, walk-in wardrobe and direct access to the garden. A WC is separate.

First Floor
Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds) sharing a beautiful balcony (garden furniture and view). On this floor there is also a bathroom (massage bath) and a separate WC.

Well-behaved pets may be brought along on request.

Good to know
All the furniture is new (2018). The house is equipped with a heat pump and is pleasantly cool in summer. In winter, 100 KWh per week are included for heating costs (any additional heating costs will be charged locally). First shopping can be done about 800 m away. First supermarket 10 km.
