Two properties with pool and views of Umbria – 828ASS

The popular villages of Valfabbrica and Casacastalda offer cafés, restaurants and boutiques. Other notable cultural towns in Umbria are easily accessible from here: Gualdo Tadino (15 km), Assisi (25 km), Perugia and Gubbio (30 km), Spello (45 km), Foligno (50 km), Todi (60 km). It is 55 km to Lake Trasimeno.

The first accommodation is a small, ground-level stone house (65 m2) with its own terrace. The second (80 m2) is a holiday flat located on the ground floor of a larger house, which also has its own covered terrace with table and chairs. The floor above the flat is unoccupied. A beautiful pool (11 m x 5 m, depth 1.10 m to 1.50 m) with four sunshades, numerous deck chairs and two showers, a children’s swing, a small slide, a table tennis table and a barbecue await you. The water in the swimming pool is disinfected in an environmentally friendly way with salt instead of chlorine and the pool is fenced. Vehicles can be parked in front of the house.

Natural stone house
Das Natursteinhaus besteht aus einem Wohnbereich mit offener Küche, Esstisch, Kamin, Pelletofen, Sat-TV und Internetzugang, einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einem weiteren Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem Duschbad mit WC und Waschmaschine.

Holiday flat
The holiday flat consists of a spacious living area with open kitchen, dining table, pull-out couch, fireplace, satellite TV, music system , a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds that can eventually be pushed together, and a shower room with WC and washing machine.

Pets
Pets are unfortunately not allowed.

Good to know
First shopping facilities are about 2 km away. First supermarket 6 km. Three bicycles are provided free of charge. In the cold season, additional heating costs are charged (approx. 100€ per week, to be paid locally). A special bonus: your friendly hosts will sometimes spoil you with vegetables from their garden. And from May to August, truffles are collected on a neighbouring property. You are welcome to take part in this.
