This family-friendly country house is situated in the midst of vineyards in the Luberon.
The village of Villars is just a 2 km stroll away. It has a bakery, which serves bread made in a wood oven, a coffee shop and two restaurants. Other charming villages of the Luberon are just a stone’s throw away, whereas Avignon and Aix-en-Provence are about 50 km away.
Your holiday house offers calm and comfort for a cheerful family holiday in a rural setting.
It’s a large property with vineyards and fruit trees, a nicely planted garden, a lovely pool (11m by 4m, depth 1,80m) surrounded with deckchairs, a nice terrace (garden furniture and BBQ), a table tennis table and a great view on the village.
On the ground floor, you find the living area with fireplace, dining table, piano, sofa, TV, stereo and direct access on the terrace. The kitchen is perfectly well equipped (table, induction hotplates and gas burners, electric oven, dish washer, microwave, 2 refrigerators, freezer, water boiler, coffee machine, toaster). Off the kitchen is situated the pantry as well as the laundry (washing machine and dryer). Moreover, the ground floor offers a bedroom (double bed 160 cm) and a bathroom (shower + WC). A separate WC is available as well.
On the first floor, you find 3 bedrooms with double beds (2x 140 cm and 160 cm), a bathroom and a separate WC.
Practical advice:
Parking spaces are available in the carport and in the garage. Well-educated animals may be accommodated on request. There is internet access. The swimming pool can be secured with a cover. All shopping facilities are about 8 km away. Croissants and baguettes are sold in Villars (2 km).

Hiking and cycling tours starting right from your house. Sightseeing in the charming mountain villages nearby like for example Bonnieux, Gordes, Roussillon, Saignon, Ménerbes and Lacoste.
