This large and cosy house is nestled on a hillside above the lovely village of Joucas, right in the heart of the Luberon.
Old stone and new stone have been rearranged successfully to build this house. Olive trees, oak trees and truffles give to the garden a typical Mediterranean flair.
You enter the house via a small inner courtyard with an olive tree. You first enter the living/ dining room (TV, stereo, piano) with its well-equipped open kitchen (hotplates, gas burners, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator/ freezer, dish washer). The dining room opens onto a romantic, shady terrace facing south. The swimming pool (7 by 4 m, depth 0,9 to 1,8 m; alarm device) is located beneath the terrace.
Left of the doorway are located a bathroom (shower), a separate WC as well 3 bedrooms. One is furnished with 1 single bed (110 cm), one has 2 single beds (80 cm) and one has a double bed (150 cm) and an en-suite bathroom (shower and WC).
A 4th bedroom is located right of the doorway and features a double bed (140 cm).
Practical advices
The house has central heating/ electric heating. Well-educated domestic animals are welcome. There is a telephone for incoming phone calls. Shopping facilities 500 m, super market 14 km.
