From here you can wonderfully explore the wine-growing area and the surrounding villages, especially the medieval “La Cadière d’Azur”. The beaches are easily accessible by bike. At 10 minutes from Bandol, you will find the island of Bendor. The connection is assured all year round. You will find on the island, restaurants, small shop, nautical club, international diving centre, beaches.

Garden and land

The pool (8 m x 4 m, depth 1.50 m) is surrounded by a 100 sqm terrace; it is particularly suitable for families with small children with its interactive protection system. A barbecue is also at your disposal. Your vehicles can be parked on the property.

The property

Ground floor
On the ground floor, there is the dining room with an impressive open fireplace, the living room and the welcoming kitchen. These rooms all lead onto a shaded 40 sqm terrace. Also on the same level are four bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room with WC and a separate WC. The four bedrooms contain a double bed.

Garden floor
On the garden floor of your holiday home, there is another independent bedroom (two single beds) and a shower room with WC. This bedroom is accessible via the garden and has its own terrace (12 sqm).

Pets
Well-behaved pets are welcome; the property is fenced.

Good to know
All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The house has a table tennis table. The first shopping facilities are 2 km from the house, the first supermarket 4 km. The beaches are easily accessible by bike. Cot and high chair are available.

Payment terms

30% of the rental price upon booking (advance payment)
70% of the rental price due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (final payment)
100% of the rental price at the time of booking if there are less than 6 weeks between booking and arrival.
