Your holiday villa consists of two completely independent flats of the same size and is therefore ideal for large families or friends who want to enjoy a great holiday together but in an informal way. You can reach the first part of the holiday villa via an external staircase, the second part is at ground level. The kitchen is common to both parts, but the flat on the ground floor has an additional small kitchen for breakfast or a snack. The two parts of the house are only connected via the garden.

First floor
Via an outside staircase you reach a terrace with dining table and the upper part of the holiday villa. You will immediately find yourself in the fully equipped, open kitchen. Behind the kitchen there is also a pantry with washing machine and storage space. To the right of the kitchen is the dining room, which also opens onto the terrace. Furthermore, there is the living room with a beautiful view, fireplace, music system and satellite TV. From the living room, a spiral staircase leads to an open bedroom with two single beds. In the extension of the living room there is a separate WC, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with WC and another bedroom with two single beds, en-suite shower room (with WC) and balcony.

Ground floor
On the ground floor is the second part of the holiday villa with direct access to the garden. Here you will find a bedroom with three single beds as well as a second bedroom with three single beds, satellite TV, and adjoining kitchen (refrigerator, coffee maker, sink). Both bedrooms share a bathroom with WC.
