Surroundings

You can walk into town: a pleasant walk with a great view of the Valdichiana valley and part of Lake Trasimeno. The holiday villa is situated in a hilly position, in extremely beautiful and quiet surroundings and forms a charming estate with the property 226 COR.

Garden and land

You reach both holiday homes via a private road with an electric access gate. Each holiday home is completely independent. Guests have access to a beautiful swimming pool (9 m x 4 m, depth 1.50 m), a communal parking area, a terrace equipped with table and chairs with a beautiful view over the valley of Valdichiana.

The property

The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests and the furnishings are exquisite and well cared for.

Ground floor
The ground floor houses a spacious living room with impressive fireplace (satellite TV, music system), a dining room, a large, very well equipped kitchen including pantry and a large shower room with WC.

First Floor
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms (three double beds), a shower room with WC and a bathroom.

Pets
Well-behaved pets are allowed on request (extra charge 70€).

Good to know
The first shopping facilities are in Cortona, about 1 km from the house.
A communal laundry room with washing machine is available.

    • 30% of the rental price upon booking (advance payment)
    • 70% of the rental price due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (final payment)
    • 100% of the rental price at the time of booking if there are less than 6 weeks between booking and arrival.
