Surroundings
You are in a quiet and natural environment. The village belongs to the municipality of Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt. In this village there are some restaurants, a bakery, a pharmacy and a supermarket.
Garden and land
Your plot is almost 1 hectare, the area around the house and the pool is partially fenced. You enter the house via a small dirt road. You walk through the garden and stand in front of the swimming pool. On your left is a small cottage (closed) and on your right is your house. The pool (3,5m x 8,5m, 1͕,5m deep, heated in the off-season) offers you the possibility to refresh yourself in absolute privacy. An outdoor shower has been installed, as well as a boules court for your barbecues (you have a gas barbecue).
The property
It is a new building, so all facilities are new and of high quality.
Ground floor
You have a very large, light-filled living and dining room. The kitchen is open to this room. Via a hallway, you enter a room on the left with a stove and enough space for your supplies. If you continue along the corridor, you will reach the two bedrooms, each of which has its own bathroom (shower and WC). One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds that can be put together. At the end of the hallway is another room with a washing machine.
Annex
The annex provides additional living space and is ideal for guests who prefer a little more privacy. On the ground floor, there is a cosy little living room with a sofa and a television, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
A staircase leads up to the mezzanine, where there is a double bed.

Well behaved pets are allowed on request (surcharge €40 per stay).
Good to know
It is less than 10 minutes by car to Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt. A baby crib and high chair are at your disposal. This accommodation is an exception and is rented from Sunday to Sunday. Our calendar system is still programmed for Saturday arrivals, but if you make a request we will correct the dates on your booking confirmation.

Payment terms
- 30% of the rental price upon booking (advance payment)
- 70% of the rental price due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (final payment)
- 100% of the rental price at the time of booking if there are less than 6 weeks between booking and arrival.
Payment is possible by bank transfer or credit card.
