Surroundings
The mas is situated in the heart of the Mont Ventoux region, nestled within a vast landscape of meadows and unspoilt countryside. This entirely private estate offers plenty of peace and quiet, as well as a magnificent view of Mont Ventoux, the famous ‘Géant de Provence’. The surroundings are ideal for anyone who enjoys hiking, cycling or simply savouring the vastness of the Provençal countryside. The famous roads of Mont Ventoux and numerous hiking trails are located in the immediate vicinity. The lavender fields, so typical of Provence, are also within easy reach. Horse riding facilities and a tennis court are both about 2 km away.
Garden and land
The farmhouse stands alone on a 20-hectare private estate. Meadows, mature trees and fruit trees surround the house, creating an exceptionally peaceful and private atmosphere.
The spacious terrace is furnished with garden furniture and a gas barbecue. A floodlit boules court is the perfect place to wind down and enjoy a relaxing evening outdoors. A table tennis table offers a chance to get some exercise.
The private swimming pool measures 6 x 4 metres and is heated. A shallow entry area with a water depth of 40 cm leads into the pool, which is 1.40 metres deep. A counter-current system also allows for a more vigorous swim. The pool is open from March to September and features an electrically operated cover, which provides additional comfort and safety depending on the season. Surrounded by meadows and nature, swimming here gives you the special feeling of being right in the heart of the countryside.
A dedicated wellness area is the perfect place to relax. It features a hot tub and a sauna. This area also offers a lovely view of Mont Ventoux.
The property
This exceptional farmhouse has been renovated with great attention to detail and combines the typical architecture of a Provençal country house with modern comforts and high-quality fittings. Several split-level areas and a few steps lend the house a distinctive, unique architectural character.
Thanks to the generous windows, the house is wonderfully light. The large window front in the living area, offering views of the garden and the surrounding countryside, is particularly impressive.
Ground floor
The centrepiece of the Mas is the spacious, light-filled living area. The open-plan, very well-equipped kitchen features a large cooking island and is directly connected to the dining area. A large dining table provides space for shared meals, whilst a wine cellar and the fireplace further enhance the room. Firewood is provided.
On a mezzanine level is the first lounge, featuring comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and Bluetooth speakers.
A further, separate lounge with a Smart TV and a fireplace offers additional space for reading, relaxing or enjoying a cosy evening in a small group.
Also on the ground floor is an elegant bedroom with a double bed, views of the garden through the large bay windows, a dressing room and an en-suite shower room with a toilet.
A separate toilet and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer complete this floor.
1st floor
There are four further bedrooms on the first floor.
Two of the bedrooms each have a double bed and an en-suite shower room. One of these rooms also has a separate toilet.
Two further bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath. One has a double bed, the other has two single beds.
A separate toilet completes this floor.

Pets
One small pet weighing up to 15 kg is permitted.
Good to know
There is a shaded private car park right next to the house. A charging point for electric vehicles is also available and can be used free of charge.
The whole house is air-conditioned. Wi-Fi is available both inside the house and in the outdoor area.
The heated swimming pool is open from March to September and features a shallow entry area, a counter-current system and an electrically operated cover.
