Surroundings

This modern and stylish holiday home is located about 7 km from the medieval village of Valfabbrica, in the heart of Umbria. From here you have a beautiful view of the magnificent hilly landscape all around. You are in the middle of green Umbria and can easily reach important cultural cities such as Gualdo Tadino and Assisi (20 km each), Perugia, Gubbio and Spello (30 km) and Foligno (40 km). Lake Trasimeno is only 50 km away. The cities of Todi (60 km), Spoleto (70 km) and Orvieto (95 km) are also ideal for day trips. Your holiday home cleverly combines modern elements with the beauty and tranquillity of the countryside. It is located on the first floor of a large, old stone country house. In the same country house there is also a holiday flat for 5 guests (538 ASS), a holiday flat for 2 guests (which we do not have on the catalogue) and the homeowners’ flat.

Garden and land

You reach your holiday flat via an outside staircase. In front of your front door is a small terrace equipped with table and chairs. Behind the house you will find a large garden with parasols, tables, chairs and barbecue (two barbecue areas), a beautiful pool with overflow channel (13 m x 5 m, depth 1.30 m to 1.50 m) and a small old chapel. The pool is fenced, can be lit at night and is equipped with sun loungers, parasols and outdoor shower. A laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron is available for the guests of the three holiday flats. Vehicles can be parked in front of the house.

The property

First Floor
You enter the flat via your own small terrace and then find yourself in the dining area with fireplace, dining table and open kitchen. A small hallway leads to a bedroom equipped with a double bed and TV and a shower room with WC.

Mezzanine floor
From the hallway, a staircase leads to the second bedroom. This is located on a mezzanine floor, is open to the hallway and also accommodates a wide double bed. If desired, the double beds can be separated into single beds.

Well-behaved pets are welcome.

Good to know
The last 400 metres to your holiday home are not asphalted but well passable. They have 6 bicycles and a hairdryer. All shopping can be done about 4 km away. Upon arrival, you will find everything you need for your first breakfast in the fridge. Your helpful hosts will be happy to assist you in word and deed.

Payment terms

30% of the rental price upon booking (advance payment)
70% of the rental price due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (final payment)
