Surroundings
The house is situated just a stone’s throw from the charming village of Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt. This typical Provençal village boasts a number of lovely restaurants, cosy cafés and shops for everyday essentials.
The weekly market takes place every Tuesday morning and is particularly popular for its regional produce and lively atmosphere. The surrounding area is ideal for walks, day trips and culinary discoveries.
Garden and land
At the front of the house there are two covered terraces, allowing you to enjoy either sun or shade depending on the time of day. On the other side of the house lies the large 5 x 15 m swimming pool, which is not overlooked, offering peace and privacy. A pool house completes this area, featuring a shower, toilet, barbecue and a large table for al fresco dining.
The property
Ground floor
The ground floor opens onto a spacious living area with tasteful furnishings, a beautiful wooden beamed ceiling and plenty of light streaming in through the large windows. Two sofas and a large dining table create a welcoming and cosy atmosphere.
A small reading area by the fireplace, with armchairs and a side table, further invites you to relax.
To the left is a large, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to one of the terraces at the front of the house. On this floor, there is also a study and a first bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and its own dressing area.
First floor
A staircase leads up to the first floor.
On this floor there are two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom (shower), as well as a further bedroom with two single beds.
There is also a separate bathroom, also with a shower.

Pets
Pets are not permitted.
Good to know
Vehicles can be parked directly on site. The nearest shops are in Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt and are about a 15-minute walk away (approx. 1 km). For larger purchases, Apt is just a few minutes’ drive away.

Payment terms
- 30% of the rental price upon booking (advance payment)
- 70% of the rental price due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (final payment)
- 100% of the rental price at the time of booking if there are less than 6 weeks between booking and arrival.
Payment is possible by bank transfer or credit card.
