This well-maintained holiday home is situated in an absolutely quiet and secluded location on the outskirts of the village of Saint-Martin-de-Castillon. Your holiday home is a typical Provençal stone house that has been lovingly renovated.

Surroundings

In the picturesque mountain village of Saint Martin there is a small supermarket, a typical village bistro (awarded the ‘bistrot de pays’ label) and, of course, a boules court. There are also numerous hiking trails, in particular the GR 9 long-distance hiking trail, which crosses the village. A cycle path connects Saint Martin with the town of Apt, approx. 15 km away. Manosque and the beautiful lavender fields are 30 kilometres away.

Garden and land

You will find 3 hectares of unspoilt land with trees and heathland, a pool (11 m x 4.5 m, depth 1 m to 2 m) with sun loungers and parasols, two beautiful terraces with garden furniture and barbecue (barbecue possible in accordance with current regulations) and a petanque court. A lavender field also belongs to the property. Vehicles can be parked in front of the house.

The property

Ground floor
You enter the house via the terrace and first come into the cosy dining/living area with a sofa, dining area, satellite television and music system. To the left of the living room is the fully equipped kitchen. From here, you also have direct access to the terrace. In the extension of the living room, a small hallway on the right leads to a first bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the garden. Right next to it is a shower room with a toilet. On the left-hand side and a few steps higher is the second bedroom, also with a double bed and adjoining shower room. There is a separate toilet.

First floor
From the living room, a small steep staircase leads to a third bedroom with two single beds and a washbasin (please note the low ceiling!).
A second terrace, accessible via the small hallway, is located behind the house above the first bedroom. It is perfect for breakfast outdoors. A laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer is also available for your use.
All rooms are air-conditioned. The floors are terracotta and the interior is very well maintained.

Good to know
Access via an approx. 300 m long gravel track. Smokers are not allowed to smoke in the house. Initial shopping can be done approx. 2 km away. First supermarket 10 km.

    • 30% of the rental price upon booking (advance payment)
    • 70% of the rental price due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (final payment)
