Surroundings
The bastide is situated in one of the most unspoilt landscapes of the Luberon, just a few kilometres from Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt. This typical Provençal village offers restaurants, cafés and shops for everyday needs. The popular weekly market takes place every Tuesday morning and is a great opportunity to discover regional specialities.
Numerous walking and mountain bike trails start right from the property, so you can explore the surrounding countryside without having to drive anywhere. The central location is also ideal for day trips to the most beautiful villages in the Luberon.
Garden and land
The 32-hectare plot is completely surrounded by nature and offers complete privacy, with no neighbours opposite. Typical Provençal terraces stretch out around the bastide, featuring an olive grove and the vegetation characteristic of the garrigue.
Two large, shaded terraces and a pergola are perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals together outdoors. The summer kitchen is equipped with a plancha, a gas barbecue and a kamado barbecue, providing the ideal setting for cosy barbecues in the evening.
At the end of a wooden jetty is a saltwater pool, measuring 4 x 4 metres and 1.40 metres deep, which blends seamlessly into the landscape. From there, you can enjoy an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside. Deckchairs and cushions are provided, as is a boules court. Walking and mountain bike trails start right on the property.
The property
Ground floor
The bastide features a spacious living and dining room with a cosy fireplace, two large sofas and an extendable dining table seating up to ten people. Large windows let in plenty of light and offer views of the surrounding countryside.
The open-plan kitchen is fitted to a high standard and features a cooking island with seating.
There are also two bedrooms on this floor. The first has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a bathroom with a bath and a separate toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and has a walk-in shower.
First floor
There are three further bedrooms on the first floor.
One bedroom has a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, which can be converted into two single beds on request. This room also features two bunk beds measuring 80 x 160 cm, which are particularly suitable for children. There is also a television, an armchair and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The other two bedrooms are each fitted with a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. Another bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet are also located on this floor.

Good to know
The bastide is accessible only via a private, unpaved track. The drive takes about three minutes and can be managed easily in a standard car.
The nearest shops, restaurants and the weekly market are in Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt, about a ten-minute drive away.
The property has fibre-optic internet, Wi-Fi extending to the terraces, Bluetooth speakers and a TV with Canal+ and Disney+.
