In the Verdon Nature Park, near Lac de Sainte-Croix and the Gorges du Verdon, discover the beautiful village of Aups, a 10-minute walk from the holiday home. There you will find numerous welcoming shops, good restaurants, a large market every Wednesday and Saturday, a medical centre, tennis courts (by reservation), a boules court under the village plane trees and entertainment throughout the summer season.

Garden and land

Surrounded by olive trees, quiet and with no one opposite, this charming holiday home has been tastefully renovated and fully equipped. You can benefit from a beautiful salt water pool (10m x 4,5m, depth 1,25m to 2,05m, shared with the owners), secured with alarm system and code gate. In front of your house you have your private terrace, which is equipped with a gas barbecue. In the communal garden behind your house, which separates you from the owners’ house, you will find a table football table, a table tennis table and a boules court.

The property

You enter the air-conditioned house via the living room with TV, coffee table and sofa bed and the open, fully equipped kitchen. On the left side there is a bathroom with WC and shower. On the right, you will find the master bedroom with a double bed and shelves, as well as an adjoining small room with two bunk beds.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.

Good to know
There is a parking space at the entrance to the holiday home, as well as an electric charging station for cars (please bring your own cable). You can do your shopping on foot.

Payment terms

30% of the rental price upon booking (advance payment)
70% of the rental price due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (final payment)
100% of the rental price at the time of booking if there are less than 6 weeks between booking and arrival.
