From here you can quickly reach important cultural cities in Umbria such as Todi (10 km), Foligno (25 km), Spello (26 km), Orvieto (30 km), Assisi (30 km), Spoleto (35 km), Perugia (40 km) and Gubbio (50 km). You are only about one kilometre from the village of Grutti, where you will find all the amenities for a relaxing holiday (restaurants and various boutiques).

Garden and land

A beautiful covered terrace, a private swimming pool (8 m x 4 m, depth 1.50 m) with sun loungers and parasols and a small playground with swing and slide await you. The terrace is directly adjacent to the living/dining room and offers a beautiful view of the green landscape. Another dining area has been set up by the pool under a summer arbour (barbecue possibility). In the lushly planted garden you will find aromatic herbs (lavender, sage, rosemary, thyme) and tomatoes for a tasty Mediterranean cuisine. Vehicles can be parked on the property under a carport.

The property

Ground floor
When you enter the holiday home, you will immediately find yourself in the beautiful, spacious living/dining room (dining table, sofa, armchairs, fireplace, satellite TV), which has direct access to the terrace and garden. To the right of the entrance there is a storage room with ironing board and iron. To the left is the large, very well equipped kitchen. Furthermore, on the ground floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room with WC and washing machine.

First Floor
From the living room, a staircase leads to the first floor. Here there are two bedrooms, a shower room with WC and hairdryer and a bathroom with bath and WC. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second with three single beds (two of which can be joined together if desired).

Well-behaved small pets are welcome in this fully fenced property.

Cot and high chair can be provided on request. First shopping facilities and a first supermarket are 1 km away.
