This holiday home is located in the small town of Montauroux, between the Esterel and Tanneron massifs, near the fish-rich lake of St.Cassien (900m).

Garden and land

The most remarkable assets of this lovely holiday home are undoubtedly its overflow pool (9 m x 4 m, depth 1.10 m to 1.50 m, plus a children’s pool 2 m x 3 m, depth 0.50 m), barbecue and terrace. The pool, with outdoor shower, offers a beautiful view of the Tanneron massif. Two vehicles can be parked on the property.

The property

The house consists of a living/dining room, an open kitchen, a mezzanine, three bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room with WC and a separate WC.

Ground floor
The kitchen is lovingly and perfectly furnished. There is also a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom (bathtub), a second bedroom with four single beds and a separate WC. Your holiday home also has a TV, hi-fi system and a second fridge, ironing board and iron.

First floor
On the first floor, you will find a third bedroom with a double bed, a lovely sun terrace and en-suite shower room with toilet, as well as an open-plan room (mezzanine) with a double bed.

During the off-season, your holiday home is only equipped for 6 people.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Good to know
The house is located 12 km from the city centre. Shopping facilities 400 m (bakery and small organic shop), pharmacy and small supermarket in Les Adrêts 4 km, large supermarket in Montauroux 12 km.
