Surroundings

Murs is situated on a hill and offers a picturesque view of the surrounding countryside. It is a charming village in the Monts de Vaucluse, inhabited since the Palaeolithic Age. Visitors can see the castle, manor houses and the Romanesque church of Saint-Loup.

Garden and land

They have a beautiful garden with Mediterranean vegetation, a large pool of 10x5m and a swing corner for the little ones. Sun loungers and a plancha are at your disposal. You have two terraces, each with a table and chairs to enjoy your meals outside. To the right of the second terrace, you have access to a washroom with a fridge, a sink, an outdoor shower and a WC.

The property

Ground floor You enter the house and find yourself in the dining room. On the right side is a cosy sitting area with fireplace, sofa, coffee table and armchairs. On the left side is the separate, well-equipped kitchen. From the kitchen you also have access to a storage room where you will find the refrigerator and shelves for your supplies.
A small hallway to the right of the living room leads you to two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom (bathtub). A guest WC is also located on this level.

First floor
On the first floor, you will find a work corner that opens onto the ground floor. On the right side there is a bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining bathroom (shower, WC). This room has a small balcony offering a breathtaking view of the Luberon. You can catch a glimpse of the red ochre rocks of Roussillon.

Pets
Pets are not permitted.
Good to know
You have a barbecue, but it cannot be used in summer due to the risk of fire. A baby cot and a high chair are provided. Medium-sized towns with shopping facilities in the vicinity of Murs are Apt and Carpentras.

Payment terms

30% of the rental price upon booking (advance payment)
70% of the rental price due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (final payment)
100% of the rental price at the time of booking if there are less than 6 weeks between booking and arrival.
