This charming holiday home is situated in a very quiet location in the middle of Provence in the well-known Luberon. It offers a beautiful view of the neighbouring mountain villages. All the pleasant mountain villages of the Luberon are in the immediate vicinity of your holiday home. Avignon is 50 km away and Carpentras 35 km.

Garden and land

Two covered terraces await you, a swimming pool (4.5 m x 9.5 m, depth 1.5 m) with sun loungers, fenced in for the safety of your children, and a very well-maintained garden. One of the terraces directly adjoins the dining room and offers a beautiful view of the Luberon massif. They also have an electric barbecue. You will certainly prefer the second, smaller terrace for your breakfast. Vehicles can be parked in front of the house.

The property

Ground floor
You enter your single-storey holiday home via the dining room. On the right is the fully equipped open-plan kitchen. To the left of the dining room is the cosy living room with satellite television, DVD player and music system. There is also a first bedroom (double bed) with its own shower room and toilet. The two other bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds) share the second shower room and a separate toilet. All rooms offer ample storage space in beautiful, handcrafted built-in wooden wardrobes. The furnishings have been lovingly selected and offer impeccable comfort.

Good to know
Smoking is not permitted inside the building. The nearest shopping facilities are 3.5 kilometres from your holiday home. First supermarket 10 km away.
There is a toilet near the pool.
Bicycles can be hired on site (€40 per week, 5 mountain bikes for teenagers and adults).

Payment terms

30% of the rental price upon booking (advance payment)
70% of the rental price due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (final payment)
100% of the rental price at the time of booking if there are less than 6 weeks between booking and arrival.

Payment is possible by bank transfer or credit card.
