This holiday home offers 3 rooms, each with its own access to the pool, as well as a very large and well-equipped summer kitchen. For us, the perfect house to spend a relaxing holiday with friends.

Surroundings

Your holiday home is only 2 km from Cotignac. This small village of character in the heart of the Var is on the doorstep of the Verdon Regional Natural Park. Cotignac is situated at the foot of a 400-metre long, huge tufa rock and still has beautiful cave dwellings installed on the cliff. Today, the village still attracts a large number of visitors because of its historical and architectural heritage, but also because of its ideal location to discover the most beautiful sights of the region such as the Gorges du Verdon.

Garden and land

Your house consists of several rooms surrounding the beautiful pool (11x5m, 2m depth) on the left and right. Opposite the pool is a very large summer kitchen with dining table and large glass windows overlooking the pool. The open kitchen is well equipped with professional kitchen appliances. A very large table offers plenty of space for great barbecue evenings. There is also a boules court and a small garden behind the buildings.

The property

You enter the house via a veranda and then enter the living room with fireplace. Further to the left you enter the large kitchen with dining table. As the owners were master butchers in Cotignac, you will find their many awards on the kitchen walls. A small hallway leads to a separate toilet and the first room with a double bed and a shower room with toilet. The room also has direct access to the pool. The second and third rooms are each in a separate building by the pool. Both rooms also have a double bed and en-suite shower room and toilet. Thanks to the large glass windows, you always have a view of the pool.

First Floor
In the main building there is a fourth room with a double bed on the first floor (stairs are in the corridor), and a shower room.

Pets are not allowed.

Good to know
All shopping can be done about 2 km away.
The house is particularly suitable for 2 or 3 couples travelling together but wanting to maintain their intimacy. All rooms are air-conditioned.
