The house is located 5 kilometres from both Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt and Roussillon. Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt impresses with its Provençal charm, narrow alleyways and historic castle. In Roussillon, the ochre village enchants with its vibrant colours, artistic alleyways and the impressive “Sentier des Ocres”.

Garden and land

The well-tended garden has truffle oaks, olive trees, mikado trees and cades. A swimming pool (3.5 x 8.5 m) with 6 sun loungers offers relaxation, while a hammock and a Weber charcoal barbecue provide cosy hours outdoors. The terrace with pergola completes the picture.

The property

Ground floor On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with 5-burner gas hob, gas oven, extractor bonnet, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. A practical garage with direct access from the kitchen houses a washing machine and a freezer. The cosy living room on the ground floor is furnished with a round dining table and 6 chairs, a sideboard, 2 sofas (1 of which is extendable), a coffee table and a TV with Netflix access. A Yamaha HIFI system is also available, which can be connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth. There is also a guest WC on this level.

First floor
Upstairs, you will find a modern bathroom with two washbasins and a bathtub, as well as a separate toilet. The first bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, a desk and a wardrobe. The parents’ suite (room 3) is equipped with a double bed made of elasticated foam. It has a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The en suite bathroom has a massage shower and two washbasins.
