The house is located 5 kilometres from both Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt and Roussillon. Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt impresses with its Provençal charm, narrow alleyways and historic castle. In Roussillon, the ochre village enchants with its vibrant colours, artistic alleyways and the impressive “Sentier des Ocres”.
Garden and land
The well-tended garden has truffle oaks, olive trees, mikado trees and cades. A swimming pool (3.5 x 8.5 m) with 6 sun loungers offers relaxation, while a hammock and a Weber charcoal barbecue provide cosy hours outdoors. The terrace with pergola completes the picture.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with 5-burner gas hob, gas oven, extractor bonnet, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. A practical garage with direct access from the kitchen houses a washing machine and a freezer. The cosy living room on the ground floor is furnished with a round dining table and 6 chairs, a sideboard, 2 sofas (1 of which is extendable), a coffee table and a TV with Netflix access. A Yamaha HIFI system is also available, which can be connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth. There is also a guest WC on this level.

The upper floor has a modern bathroom with two washbasins and a bathtub, as well as a separate WC. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a desk and a wardrobe. The parents’ suite (room 3) is equipped with a double bed made of elasticated foam. It has a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The en suite bathroom has a massage shower and two washbasins.

Baby cot and bunk bed are available. The first shopping facilities are 5km from the house. The owner, a passionate chef, has listed his favourite restaurants in his welcome book and will be happy to advise you.

- 30% of the rental price upon booking (advance payment)
- 70% of the rental price due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (final payment)
