Your holiday home is a stylishly furnished country house in the middle of greenery, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and sunflower fields. A fruit and vegetable garden is also at your disposal and you are allowed to pick up fresh products.

This beautiful stone holiday home is situated in a dominant solitary position between the Sibylline Mountains and the Adriatic Sea. It offers a lot of peace and quiet, a beautiful view of the hilly landscape and proximity to the sea. From here you can easily reach many beautiful cultural cities and famous seaside resorts such as Fermo (25 km), Loreto (45 km), Civitanova Marche (30 km), Porto Sant’Elpidio (35 km), Porto San Giorgio (45 km), San Benedetto del Tronto (70 km).

Garden and land

The beautiful pool (5 m x 12 m, depth 175 cm with a shallow area for toddlers 5 to 60 cm) is fenced and equipped with parasols, deck chairs and pool shower. In the well-maintained garden you will also find a slide, swings, a hammock, garden furniture and a barbecue. A fruit and vegetable garden is also at your disposal and you may pick up fresh produce. Vehicles can be parked in front of the house.

The property

Ground floor
On the ground floor, a hallway leads to a patio (dining table) on the left and to the living/dining rooms (2 dining tables, 1 sofa, 2 armchairs) on the right. Furthermore, you will find a separate WC and the very well equipped kitchen. The kitchen has direct access to the garden.

First Floor
On the upper floor there are four bedrooms, each with a double bed, three of which have their own shower room with WC. On this level there is also a small lounge with table, chairs and armchair.

Outbuilding
The fifth bedroom (double bed) is in an annexe and has its own shower room with WC.

Pets
Well-behaved pets may be brought along on request.

Good to know
All windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Cot and high chair are available on request. First shopping facilities and restaurant in the village of Petriolo (1 km), first supermarket 5 km. On the same property you will find a small house, occasionally and by arrangement occupied by your discreet hosts. Your hosts organise cooking classes on request, dinners prepared with typical local products, guided walks with picnic by the sea and in the mountains. If you are interested, contact Coquelicot or your hosts directly on site. Outside the high season, the house can also be rented without the fifth bedroom (for max. 8 guests). In this case, the price is reduced by 15%. Please contact us.

Payment terms

30% of the rental price upon booking (advance payment)
70% of the rental price due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (final payment)
