This beautiful and quiet holiday home belongs to a former mas (as stone-walled estates are called in the south of France), located 4 km from the picturesque ochre village of Roussillon.

The house is surrounded by greenery, 4 km from the popular village of Roussillon. Weekly market on Saturdays in Apt (8 km), recognised as one of the 100 most beautiful markets in France.

Garden and land

On the 2ha. estate, this wing is orientated so that you will have virtually no unwanted contact with the homeowner. The secure swimming pool (10 m x 5 m : depth 1.2 m to 1.75 m), for exclusive use, will delight you whether you want to be in the sun or in the shade. Two marvellous south and east facing terraces will allow you to spend most of your time outdoors in the absolutely peaceful garden. A barbecue is available. Up to 2 cars can be parked in front of the house in the shady car park.

The property

Ground floor
Directly behind the front door is the large Provençal-style living/dining room. To the left is the fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the south-facing terrace.
To the right of the front door is the first bedroom (double bed) with its own shower room and toilet.

First floor
A stone staircase leads you to the first floor, where you will find 3 further bedrooms (bedroom 1 with double bed; bedroom 2 with double bed plus 1 single bed; bedroom 3 with 1 single bed). A shower room with WC and double washbasin is available here.

Pets
Well-behaved pets are allowed on request (surcharge €40 per stay, payable locally).

Good to know
Cot and high chair are available free of charge. Electric radiators are used for heating. These costs are included in the price.
Outside the main season (until the end of June and from 15 September onwards), the rental price is €935 (plus any heating costs) for two guests; the first floor is not available for use during this period. Talk to us!

Payment terms

30% of the rental price upon booking (advance payment)
70% of the rental price due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (final payment)
100% of the rental price at the time of booking if there are less than 6 weeks between booking and arrival.
