Surroundings

This beautiful traditional stone house is located on a 1.3 hectare pine-covered estate between Lacoste and Menerbes, the famous village of Peter Mayle.

Garden and land

On the spacious fenced terrain you have a large pool (5 m x 10 m, depth 0.9 to 1.75 m), a pool house (WC + shower), several seating areas at your disposal. A brick barbecue is available next to the pool house. Directly next to the entrance is a spacious terrace with seating. There are sufficient parking spaces for cars.

The property

Ground floor
On the ground floor, to the left of the hallway, is the cosy living room with its old exposed beams (dining table, sofa, satellite television, hi-fi system, open fireplace) and, to the right, the well-equipped kitchen and a small additional room with dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer. The hallway continues to an air-conditioned bedroom (double bed) and a tastefully designed bathroom. There is a small storage room under the stairs.

First floor
The The first floor offers 3 bedrooms (1st bedroom: double bed – Second bedroom: double bed and washbasin – 3rd bedroom: air-conditioned, three single beds, one double bed), a shower, and a separate toilet.

Second floor
The staircase leads to the second floor, which consists of a bright tower room (double bed).

A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.

Payment terms

30% of the rental price upon booking (advance payment)
70% of the rental price due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (final payment)
100% of the rental price at the time of booking if there are less than 6 weeks between booking and arrival.
