This lovingly restored holiday home is located in a small village about 2 km south of Roussillon.

Garden and land

In the garden in front of the house you can have your meals in summer. This detached holiday cottage is very quietly situated in a small hamlet.

The property

Ground floor
You enter the house via the spacious living room (seating set, convertible to double bed, TV, fireplace). Behind it is the dining room (dining table) with the open kitchen. From the kitchen, a short corridor with a few steps leads to the basement, separate toilet and a multi-purpose room (washing machine).

First Floor
On the upper floor there is a small bedroom (single bed), a large bedroom (double bed), a bathroom (shower, WC) and a built-in loft bed above the staircase.

Pets
Well-behaved pets are allowed (fenced property).

Good to know
In the cold season, the heating costs for the open fireplace and the electric radiators are billed separately.
