Surroundings

Apt, located in the heart of Provence in the Vaucluse department, is a charming, historic town known for its exceptional weekly markets where visitors can sample regional products such as lavender honey, olive oil and the famous candied fruits. The city has a long history dating back to Roman times and impresses with its well-preserved buildings, including Sainte-Anne Cathedral with its magnificent façade and the neoclassical-style Hôtel de Ville. An ideal starting point for discovering the authentic life and natural beauty of Provence.

Garden and land

The terrace leads to the pool (9.5m x 4.5m, depth 1.20m to 1.8m) with a view of the hills of Apt. The pretty garden has many trees and offers a dining area. A barbecue is at your disposal. A small covered terrace offers a little place to relax in the shade. Below the pool you can enjoy a boules court.

The property

Ground floor
The pretty villa is air-conditioned. A large, bright living room with large windows has an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. From this room you can access a shaded terrace.
A corridor leads you to the 3 double bedrooms and a room with a sofa bed. One of the bedrooms with a double bed has its own shower and washbasin. A further shower room and 2 WCs are located on the same level, as well as a laundry room with washing machine and a second fridge.

Pets are allowed.

Good to know
It is possible to park 2 to 3 cars. A baby cot and a high chair can be provided. You can go shopping on foot and enjoy the gentle Provençal landscape of the Pays d’Apt.

    • 30% of the rental price upon booking (advance payment)
    • 70% of the rental price due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (final payment)
