Undoubtedly, Roussillon is an atypical and inescapable village in the Luberon due to its ochre colours, which no other comes close to, as it is home to the largest deposit of ochre in the world. Take advantage of Thursday morning, market day, to stroll past the stalls and visit the village of Roussillon, or take a walk along the ochre trail (a colourful course for young and old).

Garden and land

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood of the village. The biggest highlight of this house is its 5000 m2 garden: you enter it through a gate and are immediately surrounded by trees and plants. The heated pool of 10m x 4m (depth from 1m to 1.70m) has a terrace and a pool house for outdoor barbecues. For petanque fans, a boules court has been laid out directly behind the pool.

The property

Ground floor A small entrance leads directly into the living and dining area, as well as the open and fully equipped kitchen at the back. A few steps to the left of the living room lead you to the first two bedrooms (each with double beds). One of the bedrooms has a small, adjoining shower. Another bathroom with bathtub and separate WC is on the same level.

First floor
Here you will find three further bedrooms (two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds), as well as another bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

In the basement there is a utility room where you will find an additional fridge, washing machine and dryer. The house is air-conditioned.

You can do your initial shopping in Roussillon, which is only a 15-minute walk away.
This accommodation is an exception and is rented from Sunday to Sunday. Our calendar system is still programmed for Saturday arrivals, but if you make a request we will correct the dates on your booking confirmation.

Payment terms

30% of the rental price upon booking (advance payment)
70% of the rental price due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (final payment)
100% of the rental price at the time of booking if there are less than 6 weeks between booking and arrival.
