Surroundings

This holiday home, renovated with love and charm, is located in a very beautiful estate, close to the ochre rocks of Rustrel.
It is a stone’s throw from the houses 644 RUS and 604 RUS, which together form an old bastide (17th and 19th century bourgeois country house).

Garden and land

After the entrance portal, you first discover the large pool (12m x 6m, depth 1m to 2m) behind a vineyard, for common use. Then you enter a very well-kept garden. A stone staircase leads you to your flat. In front of the entrance door there is a small covered terrace with dining table. There are enough parking spaces for cars.

Ground floor
You then enter the well-equipped open kitchen and to your right the spacious living-dining room. Behind the kitchen is a multi-purpose room.

First Floor
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (1st Sz. double bed; 2nd Sz. 2 single beds), and a shower room with WC. The bedrooms overlook the ochre rocks of Rustrel, the Provençal Colorado.

Pets are not allowed.

The flat has underfloor heating, double glazing and good insulation. First shopping facilities 5km, first supermarket 9km.

    • 30% of the rental price upon booking (advance payment)
    • 70% of the rental price due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (final payment)
