The holiday apartment is located in a spacious country house ‘dans la colline’, which in Provence means ‘in the hills, surrounded by nature’. It’s hard to believe that this privileged, quiet residential area is only 4 km from the centre of Cavaillon.
This makes it ideal for trips to the Luberon, but that’s not all! The picturesque Alpilles Regional Park is also right on your doorstep (Saint-Rémy-de-Provence 19 km away); Avignon is a half-hour drive, and Aix-en-Provence is only 40 minutes away.

Garden and land

A pleasant, beautifully planted garden awaits you with a private, secluded terrace just for you and a swimming pool (10 m x 5 m, depth 2.50 m) with a very nicely furnished pool area. Deckchairs and garden chairs are available for you, and there is an electric barbecue. Your friendly landlords, who are German themselves, also live in the house. So don’t hesitate for a second to contact you if something is not to your liking or you simply need advice and help. Your flat as well as the outside area are very well maintained and the furnishings are extremely comfortable. You can park your car on the property.

The property

Ground floor
You enter the apartment via the shaded, pleasant terrace and find yourself immediately in the living room, which features a sofa and armchair, a desk, and a large flat-screen TV. Straight ahead, you enter the spacious, well-equipped kitchen-dining area. To the right of the living room is the bedroom, featuring a double bed, a desk, and a wardrobe. From here, you have access to the shower room. There is also a separate toilet.
The apartment is very well maintained, extremely comfortable, and spotlessly clean.

Good to know
The owners’ washing machine is available for use upon request. All shops and amenities are easily accessible in Cavaillon (4 km away). The town can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. A high chair for children is available upon request.
