You are 4 km from the village of Mercatale di Cortona, from where you can easily reach other important cultural cities in Umbria and Tuscany, such as Cortona (18 km), Perugia (45 km), Arezzo (50 km), Pienza (60 km), Assisi (65 km) and Siena (80 km).
The popular Lake Trasimeno, with its wide range of swimming and water sports facilities, is only about 15 km away.
Your holiday flat is located on the first floor of an old stone country house.
On the ground floor there is another holiday flat for 3 guests (330 COR). Furthermore, on the same property, an outbuilding formerly used for agricultural purposes has been converted into a holiday home for 2 guests (230 COR).

Garden and land

In front of the holiday home, on the western side of the house, is your own terrace equipped with table and chairs. A small alley leads to a beautiful pool (12m x 5.5m, depth from 1.20m to 1.75m, shared with the guests of holiday homes 230 COR and 330 COR). Here you will find sun loungers, parasols, a pavilion equipped with table and chairs, as well as a barbecue and wood-burning stove. From the beautifully landscaped garden you have a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside. Below the pool area you will find a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. Vehicles can be parked on the property in front of the house.

You reach your holiday flat via an outside staircase.

First floor
The flat itself consists of a living area with a fireplace and open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms (double bed, two single beds) and a shower room with toilet. They also have a TV with German channels.

Well-behaved pets are allowed on request.

Good to know
The last four kilometres to your holiday home are not paved, but do not present any particular difficulties. All shopping can be done about 4 km away.
