Surroundings

Apt is a typical Provençal town with a wide range of boutiques, cafés and restaurants. Every Saturday morning, the large weekly market takes place throughout the town centre.
You are in the heart of the Luberon and can easily reach all the popular mountain villages in the nature park, such as Roussillon, Gordes, Bonnieux, Joucas, Lacoste and many more. Avignon and Aix-en-Provence are both 50 km away.
There are two other holiday apartments on the same property (307 APT for three guests and 200 APT for two guests) and your host’s main house.

Garden and land

Your holiday apartment is part of a traditional country house and captivates with its original charm and beautiful view of the Monts de Vaucluse. It has a separate entrance and its own shaded terrace with no neighbours opposite. The terrace is directly adjacent to the kitchen and is equipped with a dining table and barbecue. From here, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the hilly landscape. The garden also has a swimming pool, which is shared with two other residential units on the property. An outdoor whirlpool (4 seats, heated) in the garden also provides relaxation; a time slot is reserved exclusively for you every day. Vehicles can be parked in front of the house.

The interior is extremely well cared for and works by artists from the region are exhibited.

Ground floor
You enter the holiday flat via a hallway. On the left is a spacious shower room with toilet (wheelchair accessible). There is also a living area with a comfortable sofa bed, satellite television, music system, wireless internet access, large dining table and open-plan kitchen.

First floor
On the upper floor, you will find a first bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm) and a shower room with toilet. A washing machine is also available.

Pets
Well-behaved pets are allowed on request.

Good to know
A cot is available on request. A ping-pong table, deck chairs and a boules court are at your disposal. Stores can be found less than 1 km from the house. Ecological insulation of hemp-lime gives a pleasant freshness in the summer.
