This old country house is located in the wine-growing area of Vacqueyras on the outskirts of the village of Sarrians. Your hostess farms 7 hectares of old vines in Vacqueyras. The town of Carpentras with its colourful weekly market on Fridays and its truffle market in winter is only 8 km from your holiday home. Other towns and villages worth visiting are within easy reach from here: Avignon with the Papal Palace (26 km), Orange with its ancient theatre (18 km), the picturesque village of Le Barroux at the foot of Mont Ventoux, Vaison-la-Romaine, Beaumes-de-Venise, Sablet, etc.

Garden and land

A shady terrace awaits you under a gazebo planted with wisteria, a beautiful pool with sun loungers (6 m x 3 m, depth 1.30 m, exclusive use) and a brick barbecue. Vehicles can be parked in front of the house, one space is covered.

The property

The house consists of two floors.

Ground floor
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with pantry, a living/dining room with a large fireplace (dining table, sofa, 2 armchairs, satellite TV, wireless internet connection), a hallway and a large shower room with toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer. All rooms have direct access to the terrace and garden.

First floor
Upstairs there is a large bathroom with toilet and three bedrooms, each with a double bed.

Pets Well-behaved pets are allowed on request.

Good to know
A cot and high chair are available on request. All shopping can be done within approximately 8 kilometres. Your nice hostess resides in a separate wing of the country house.

Payment terms

30% of the rental price upon booking (advance payment)
70% of the rental price due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (final payment)
100% of the rental price at the time of booking if there are less than 6 weeks between booking and arrival.

Payment is possible by bank transfer or credit card.
